Voice and spectator isn't going to work until the MOD teams do a little code
work are re-release.

The update is backward compatible with mods, so all mods will still be
playable.

Will all mods work with 1108 or do they need to be optimised with the
Multicast and voice technologies?
I mean I know TFC, HLDM and CS are being updated, but what about the other
mods?
