So is someone go to tell the general admin public about the availability of
the HL server updates?
Since certainly not all of them know about this list.. as is evidenced by
this thread on cs.net forums-

People are grabbing the CS updates and applying them to their non-updated HL
servers. And breaking them.
Or do we rely on word of mouth?
