According to http://server.counter-strike.net/howto.html
"Ideally a server will be running through a DSL or T1 connection. If you do
have DSL, we suggest having at least a 512K upload."

>From my own experience, my 16 player CS (1.1) server maxed at approx
350kbits/sec (both ways) when full. it also ran halfd and adminmod. This
would pretty much max a 384 upload.. and the closer you get to maxing the
DSL, the worse the performance will be. 384/284 is right out... of those 3
choices, the 768 would be the way to go if you are serious about running a
server. but don't go much over 16 players max.
