Add a rule to your firewall scripts to block the guy out. Be sure and
do some thinking before you decide just how much to block. Blocking
too much will affect innocent players who are unfortunate enough
to share a subnet with that jerk. Blocking too little will only
waste your time revising the subnet to match his as they will
periodically change. We've had this argument many times over
and there is no perfect solution. Which matters more to you, taking
this guy out or keeping the highest number of potential players?
At this stage in HL's life span, probably taking this guy out will
make more sense. You be the judge.
