I'll find something.. The best place I found (reference for the rest of you) is to find a company colocated somewhere who is paying a flat rate to a good provider and then purchasing 1/2 a rack and spare bandwidth.. its like priceline for bandwidth.. they would rather sell it to you then pay for it to not be used..
The site is on postnuke, its a phpnuke fork without the unused java overhead and better cpu usage on webservers.. it also is very security focused.. basically instead of 1 person writing it.. its opensource and people who are great in different areas are making it better.. if you run phpnuke, I recommend switching before your users find the security holes in it..
