Probably someone that uses portmap over a nated router. Perhaps
they all use the same xDSL-router?

Portmapping is essential when there is more than one user
that will be able to connect from same ip to same server.

I should not be alarmed about cheating just becouse of this.
Ive seen amazing stuff from people that certainly is not cheating.
Most of the top players also use fakenicks...
