We're ready to start releasing the Half-Life Primary Server files for our next update. We're going to trigger clients to update to version 1.1.1.0 on Wednesday, June 12, 2002, at 11:00 a.m. PST.
Please only use the links below if you can download and mirror the files for other server administrators. If you're not going to mirror the files, wait for the list of mirror sites to be posted to this mailing list. This will help speed up the process of everyone getting the files. If you're going to mirror the files, once you have the files downloaded send the mirror links to this mailing list. Also, if you'd like to be an *official* Valve mirror for the "Half-Life Win32 Primary Server Small 4.1.0.9 - 4.1.1.0 Update", please send me (mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]) the following information: 1) Mirror Name. This is what people will see in the mirror list. You should include the country your mirror is located in so people will know where they're pulling the file from (i.e. "AusGamers (Australia)"). 2) Download URL for the small Win32 update 3) Web Site URL 4) Optional: URL to Mirror bitmap. The bitmap must be: 308 x 40 (.bmp file) with 256 colors. Clients see this if you DO NOT require them to visit your site to download the file. You don't need to send me the actual file...just the URL to it. You should download the server updates and have your server updated by 11:00a.m. PST tomorrow. We'll be releasing the client files later tonight to our major mirror sites. Let me know if you have any questions/problems. The Counter-Strike Mod server files will be released by www.counter-strike.net. Thanks.
