nah, this is Admin Mod being super smart :) (and getting around a problem
caused by cstrike).

The problem is that some maps in cstrike take so long to change people
actually get dropped then automatically reconnect (this is invisible to the
user). Now, the original Admin Mod would have kicked the user on reconnect
because they didn't enter the correct password. This was causing heartache
becuase people were being kicked on "map change" and getting grumpy about
it.

To overcome the problem admin mod caches the connecting ip address,wonid and
a couple other values. If someone with a match to those values reconnects
within a certain timeout (I think its about 2 minutes) then they gain their
previous privilleges.

nifty eh?
