Which mod? What other things (HLGuard, Adminmod, ClanMod)??? I would expect
2 or 3 20 player servers.

I run all mine in the same directory, specifying server27015.cfg,
server27016.cfg, etc in the command line. You can also specify mapcycle,
logdir, motd, etc. from the command line so you should be able to do
anything. I've even run different mods (e.g. CS, TFC) from the same
directory using this method.
I can't remember off the top of my head the command line parameters to
specify all this stuff. If you have problems finding it, I'll look at my
command line next time I open a session with the server.
