we often employ Low Grav Disco Mode (requires adminmod) admin_fun 1 admin_disco 1 admin_gravity 100
this is especially fun on otherwise frustrating maps like cs_assault. i run an FF server so like me, beware. in disco mode everyone looks the same from far away :) a good variant is Low Grav Disco Mode with only pistols and shotguns available. and maybe scouts.
