hm, right that seems strange..

you have lsof installed? then try this:
lsof | grep #9529244

sorry, don't have a system where I could check the result, so please provide
me with info ;-)
should be something like socket, fifo, device or stuff like that.

zombied process? look at `top` and check if it says anything about a zombied
process

My second server (on port 27020) is running fine and unbind is port when
i stop it.

But as you can see the port 27015 is still bound by the user cs but no
binary is specified....

Very strange...



PS : Rebooting is a windows reflex, not a linux one ;)
