Go to www.won.net click on sierra games to dl account wizard. If you recall, when starting the game there was a link, "join won.net" which is no longer there since 3109 updgrade. Now before I dl the account wizard, I eihter got "not authorized by won servers" or "cd in use". I then decided to update the account and it stopped my problem. I am not 100% sure this had an effect,so I can not specifiy as to how.
