I saw the same thing in my buddy's config.cfg file the other day.
he was making me mad so I started screwing with his name using
admin_execclient. So eventually I put his name back but when the
map rotated he got kicked and banned by the console for "name
cheat" or something like that. He sent me his config and those
were the only things I noticed out of the ordinary (he doesn't
cheat.. he wouldn't know how :). Here is what he had:
setinfo "s" "3063799"
setinfo "s2" "2097543"
setinfo "s3" "7"
I took those lines out and told him to try and get back in but he
couldn't. After deleting his config.cfg, he was fine again.
