This does bring up a somewhat interesting issue though. With 90% of the software I use (FreeBSD, Mozilla, OpenOffice, etc), there are clear ways of filing bug reports. You've got a problem, you fill out a form, you get a tracking number, and you get to know when someone has dealt with it.
Why is there no similar system in place for VAC? It seems to me that the more data you can collect from users regarding issues of false positives or server crashes or whatever, the better you can make the system. Sure, you're going to get 9000 bugs from people who do cheat saying something to the effect of "d00d! i did n0t ch34tx0r! y am i bann3d?", but those should be pretty easy to sort through, check their wonid against the ban database to see what the issue was, and if you've got enough people in similar circumstances with the same problem, look into it.
