You are right about -20 being to much.... in fact it was a lot laggy with that setting i did some test with -5 -10 -15 and the best setting was (for me) -5 more then that and the os cant follow up with the network handling...
i will try to fiddle a bit more.. but cause of the holidays the server as almost always some user on it.. thanks all for the great support was very quick and to the point..
