I think that, perhaps, dropping someone from a kill file is not the best solution when they might have something good to offer in other threads. That's the same problem with muting people in CS. Sometimes if someone starts singing into the mic or whatever, you hate to mute them, because sometimes they give good, necessary information over voicecomm.
