I think he has the *right* to do it, and if people keep coming back to his
servers, then its ok with the public.  Survival of the fittest so to speak.

I would fight fire w/ fire and either use adminmod to not allow players
under that name in, or use the same thing he does and write a rule to change
their names to "I advertise often"  or something like that.

No reason to think about this for all that long.   Just adapt and move on.
