That, and the fact that the S390 processing complex wouldn't have enough horsepower to run 500 HLDS servers (unless they were like 4 player servers). And, assuming at least 64MB per HLDS instance, I'm guessing that your S390 wouldn't have enough physical memory either. Last spec I read showed the S390 maxing out at 32GB physical memory.
