Apparently that's exactly what he has, as he seems to think he's going to get better performance by buying a lower end processor and OCing it, and if it fries, so what...he goes to buy another, and by the time he's done with it, he would have saved the money in buying the one that had the speed he was shooting for to begin with.
The guy is taking the extremes of OCing (by using HardOCP as an example) as his standard of what a CPU will or will not do.
