If you can still go back to 3110c I would. We have an AMD Athlon XP 1800+ (debian with 2.4.19 kernel) with a 14 player server on it. Since hlds_3111 and hlds_3111b the server doesn't run very while anymore. A lot of lag issues.

I think what you need to do is apply the 3111 update, then the 3111b3 update over again. There are some file in the 3111 ver that are not in the 3111b3.
