The last version of hlds not this is fixed .. =/
My solution was to use wwcl and to fix the value rcon_password "" in the client.
Of cource as we all know, WWCL and other such tools are easily circumvented. And I think it's safe to assume that anybody with the knowledge of how to gain shellaccess to your linux server (as well as what to do next) will know how to defeat WWCL.
