with hl 3110 we controled our hltv proxy with rcon to record hltvdemos of our clanwars. we never had any problem. since one of the last hl updates (maybe 3111 or the latest one 3111c1) we have a rcon problem with our hltv proxy. it looks like it "forgets" its rcon password after some commands or some time... at the hltv console i can see a:
