I have run a HLDM and Ricochet Windows server for a few years but am setting up a Linux server for development testing. I am using the instructions from http://server.counter-strike.net and was doing fine until I got to the step:
tar zxvf hlds_l_3111_full.tar.gz I got the following error: tar: hlds_l/tfc/motd.txt: Wrote only 0 of 10240 bytes tar: Skipping to next header tar: Archive contains obsolescent base-64 headers tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors It appears I have a partial installation of tfc but nothing else. Anyone seen this? What can I do to complete the installation?
