I was there about a year and a half ago doing non-gameserver related stuff and I was pretty disappointed at them. They were on SAAVIS on the time and their NOC was pretty unhelpful. They may or may not have improved since then. I do remember their NOC being pretty unhelpful and unexperienced, though.
