If not (or you're just bored;), you can do some funky prerouting stuff
with iptables..

/sbin/iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING  -p udp -d x.x.x.x/32 --dport 27015
-i eth0 -j DNAT --to x.x.x.x:27015

but I'd definatly recommend RTFM (read the fkn manual)..
