LOL Britt - I'm not sure what you are trying to tell me. :) That MAC address is a Cisco MAC address and I am 95% sure that Frank doesn't have a NIC with a Cisco MAC address. So I guess I still didn't quite understand your method there, really.
Oh, I can give you 100% :) For those not knowing what we talk about, the first 3 hex digits are dedicated to certain manufacturer.
