I would think that the fixing of innaccurate hitboxes with the 1.16 MetaMod patch would be quite relevant and affect CS, would it not? This isn't a change that was released today with this hlds patch. Then again, it's your server. Perhaps you wanted to have innaccurate hitboxes. It's entirely possible I suppose. We all admin our servers differently. I will leave the definition of what you "should" do to you, but I think 1.16 is highly recommended ;)
