I'm sorry for all the trouble this may have caused ya. This seems like a huge deal for some of you, so at least I will never use the reply-button again when posting a new topic/subject.
Now, can we please focus on my problem? For you who haven’t followed this foolish conversation. This is the problem: Since I installed the latest version of HLDS the ping times seems to be higher than before. Have anyone of you also noticed this and if so, do you know how to fix it (if possible)
And amazingly you still continue this discussion in a wrong thread, but even worse, still fail to include relevant information like eg what version did you have _before_ .1d ? If it's eg from a .0 version then this has been discussed for many many weeks now (and you should probably start with looking in the mailarchives).
Otherwise, please start a NEW thread in which you post a bare minimum of relevant information and someone might actually come with a few meaningfull replies. As it is you are leaving us all in the dark.
