Actually it can be FreeBSD itself. There have been reports of leaks on the linuxemu with hlds here before, it was a couple of month ago so I dont know if they have fixed it for 4.x and i dont know when it started. I dont seem to have any memory leaks on 4.4-STABLE. If you up to it. Install 5.1.. It is supposed to be fixed there and as a bonus you get a much better support for SMP to your dual xeons. /Bjorn -- This is my comment.
