I have about �450 to spend on building a box (going to run RH or Gentoo). My current box (colocated in Telehouse Manchester) is a 900mhz Celery with 512 DDR that isnt cutting the mustard anymore with regards to running 2 cs servers (3.1.1.0 Meta+Adminmod).
I am going swap it out and use the Disks (80gig UWscsi) / case (400W) / and the 99pence video card , and put some beefier bits in. Has anyone got any suggestions as to what Mobo/chip/ram combo to go for ?
