Yep on my dual p3 866 server I was able to run a 20 player server under 1.1.1.1d but on the steam release I had to drop to 16 player or the cpu got pegged. I hope this is one of the things that get fixed sooner rather than later (I can wait until after the server crashes ar fixed).....
