Indeed you will see this with a 1000HZ kernel as the hlds timing loop will grab all
it can. If you check an idle HLDS process on 1000HZ will eat ~4% where as
our 200 only uses ~1% compare that to something like mohaa or ut and both
sit at 0 when idle its just hlds :(

p2 is actually release not current. Security releases are always merged back to the 
release
stream and become RELEASE-p1, RELEASE-p2 etc. If you want to update cvsup
with 5.1-RELEASE and you will get RELEASE-p2 atm soon p3 to include the ssh /sshd
exploits ( we patched them manually ). Oh and yes we are running the old scheduler.

Indeed stats fps is bouncing all over the place 25 - 70 in the 5mins I just checked.
