So we had two cpu's but different speeds, Is there any way to solve this or.
We have to remove one of these cpus ?

This can also happen if your processors are exactly the same speed-wise,
but different stepping or some such. I had the same problem with a quad P2
Xeon 450 that had every single processor a different stepping.
