Sounds like Valve's IT team really, really needs help. As any company, much less a software company, much less one of the most popular gaming companies in existence, you need to make sure that something as incredibly simple as an Outlook preview pane exploit *does not happen*. Installation of keystroke monitors? Ripping off the entire HL2 source tree? Outside access to mail servers? God only knows what else?
Seriously... If you're a net admin and you've got a resume, this is the time to send it on in to Valve...
