Interesting. I have now seen this same thing happening. The server concerned was not running amx or am. There is nothing in the logs (even with full detail on).
Basically it appears to happen at anytime. I have seen it on connecting, mid game, first round, 8 rounds in and on first buy. I'll add messagedetail3 and see if that helps. Go into your addons\amx\logs folder and see if there is any help from that. If you have any plugins set to kick people based on predefned actions then its possible AMX is kicking them.
