u can set it to either 3 or 255 for europe i think ive seen servers with both those settings in europe

I have a question about the good setting of the sv-region cvar... My server is based in France and i'd set sv_region to 3 (Europe), is this correct ? Someone tell me to set it to 255...
Is someone has the list of the sv_region cvars ?
