Aside from the fact I believe that CD is still not working since the lastest update to steam... (I haven't checked in the past few days, so maybe they got it working again...)

Let those people go elsewhere. CD is such a small program, and if someone has installed steam, they should have no problems installing the client for CD. I've done both on our servers in the past... The good players will use CD. Those who refuse to d/l it - don't let the door hit them in the..... Of course, if VAC was updated more often, this would be a non-issue.
