So, I already downloaded the CZero encrypted version on my dedicated server. So why
does the Steam tool for the Linux server re-download the 262MB that I already
downloaded, rather than decrypt it? Which leads me to my next question: Will the Steam
client decrypt these files? Why is this not happenening on the server side?
