Could be worse, STEAM kept telling me my creditcard/debitcard was rejected. Wasn't until after the 4th time I called the bank and they said that my card had never been rejected and I made 4 purchases to Valve Software.
Not only has valve ripped me off, I never received 1 CDKEY either. I'm still trying to get ahold of Valve to resolve this....no one answers the damned phones there or answers their damned email. *sigh* i should have known better....
