You should give us your hardware specs. Without more information it's hard to give you any advice..
It's a single processor server, Intel Pentium 4 2.4GHz, 1Gb memory and Redhat Linux 7.1 (I do hope this is a joke - though sadly I fear not). We're interested in the performance difference of HLDS Win32 vs HLDS Linux as this is our primary interest. If there's still a reasonable performance gap between the two we will ask our host to reinstall the server with Windows.
