This is something ive heard on the grapevine ok so dont hold me to this but...Jules who was apparently the big time cs hack coder went sub-level a few months back and the theory is that he is now codin for steam.. i dont know how much water this story holds but it seems like it could have some truth to it lookin at vacs history in the last few weeks.
