Lets talk about this.

From what I understand, it reduces the CPU priority of various system
services, theoretically reducing CPU usage (and system load?)

By doing so - are the game servers impacted in any way by this? You would
think that the CPU usage would be lower, but the responsiveness would suffer
as well.

I think someone should do a test, someone that has a 20-man server that is
full all the time.

Test it at -10, -5, 0, 5, and 10 and report changes in CPU and system load.

Anyone up for it?
