Hi,
I currently have a server hosted at neo.net which is at theplanet.com for my clan server. The problem is every so often its disconnects players. The pings don't spike and the load averages never go above .20 under heavy load. I don't know what the problem could be but we would be playing, with any number of players, and then all of a sudden it disconnects everyone, and at times I can fill the server to its 20 slot maximum and play for hours with no problem. I just would like to know what the problem could be or if there is anything I can optimize. The server specs are Cel 2.4Ghz, 1Gig of RAM I've used a less powerful server to run a 32 player server on a LAN with no problem. And here is my server config. Any opinions would be appreciated. My command line has -zone 4096 and I've tried pingboost and no pingboost still people get disconnected. There is also nothing running on the same IP address.
It is also running AMXX, metamod, and it is a CZERO server. But I ran it with no plugins as a straight server and got the same problems If you require any further information please let me know. Or, if there is a search feature for the list point me to it.
