We've seen this happen with multiple win32 servers as well. It just started today.
Sounds like it might be an exploit.

My CSS server is locking from time to time and I am not sure why. It did it earlier today and then just now. The only thing I noticed in the console was a player w/ a jibberish name like "豬哥安迪...超帥氣". In the first crash there was a player with similar jibberish in his name. They were also using the text in chat.
Has anyone else had anything similar happen? A ctrl+c cancels the server but it has to be manual intervention.
