Odd, I just refreshed our server list and I had 8 different CS:S servers on 8 different physical machines spanning three different cities all down at once (and using 100% of one CPU). That can't be a coincidence.

I have never had to concern myself w/ UTF-8 until now so I am looking in to how to install/enable it in FreeBSD. I want to try it out on my test server and see if it's difficult to impliment.
