Didn't take long to do one, and works on both linux and windows unlike some others. Not exactly rocketscience. Should be within most hosting companies grasp to code if they have relatively knowledgable people, I'd recommend people doing that so they can tailor it to their own requirements rather than buying extras for extortionate prices.
Personally think this type of discussion shouldn't be on here though, let people advertise elsewhere.
