I don't think you quite understood... This tool was probably made to check memory addresses and for debug, not for a cheat actually. The main point is that it allows you to manipulate certain aspects of the game in real time and goes un-noticed... That is the real problem... Not that Mr. Shaffner made this on purpose, in fact I believe it's just another piece of a coders toolkit for debug or even manipulate VAC Devel, whatever it is, he knows what he desinged for. The main issue is that it's now in the hands of the world. As far as it goes... another toy for cheaters play with, this time, completly VAC fullproof.
