I believe off the top of my head mp_logdetial was replaced with "log_level" or some such. Start a server or game up and try "cvarlist log" in console... I believe logmessages is gone.
I can't say for the other two. Type just "cvarlist" for everything, its 800 commands long though, including a lot of debug stuff.
