I personally have never bothered with that, it's just as easy to type "maps *", find the name of the map you want and then type "changelevel de_aztec" (because we want aztec instead of the level we were looking for =)).
I'm using 1.0.0.36, and that works fine for Update Maplist... That's the English version though. Not sure if there's any difference...
Also, what's a Card? I suppose it's a tab?
Since it's HLSW, I assume it's a bug and you should have a look on http://www.hlsw.de for an update (in the forums there should be a beta version).
