i have search my logs with grep -i % *.log and found 4 people, who have uses this bug. all have been banned permanent. try you also this, you will be surprised.

Try this:
- Change your nick to: "%n" without " - Connect to a CS:S Server - If somebody kill you, CS:S will crash on all Clients. The server is empty.
